Narrative:
I departed 44J (spruce creek) on an IFR flight plan to X35. After making contact with dab and receiving my IFR clearance, I subsequently failed to change to another assigned frequency. Also, when I was flying the VOR approach to X35 I strayed off the approach course.

Title: C182 PLT FAILED TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER FREQ DURING AN IFR DEP AND SUBSEQUENTLY FAILED TO STAY THE VOR APCH COURSE WHEN EXECUTING A VOR APCH TO A NON TWR ARPT.
Narrative: I DEPARTED 44J (SPRUCE CREEK) ON AN IFR FLT PLAN TO X35. AFTER MAKING CONTACT WITH DAB AND RECEIVING MY IFR CLRNC, I SUBSEQUENTLY FAILED TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER ASSIGNED FREQ. ALSO, WHEN I WAS FLYING THE VOR APCH TO X35 I STRAYED OFF THE APCH COURSE.
