Narrative:

I was flying a high speed arrival, which is 340 KIAS to 10000 ft, when I passed 10000 ft at 340 KIAS. I was tired and I was following a step-down altitude assignment by ATC. When passing 10000 ft, I did not slow. The captain and I both noticed the speed at about 9200 ft MSL. At that time, I used the speed brake and level flight to slow to 250 KIAS. The controllers did not say anything about my speed.
