Narrative:
At the end of 20 hours of training in the repair and overhaul of this valve, I made 3 valves svcable and returned them to stock. At that time, I reviewed the joint document and realized that some of the testing required to make a unit svcable after overhaul had not been accomplished. I asked my trainer about it and was told that we did not have the equipment to perform all the tests. I then went to my lead wxvx and he and I informed our team leader XXXZ of the situation. She ordered us to hold all the other units I was working on OTS pending a review by the engineering department.
