Narrative:

We had 2 scheduled flts, ord-day-ord. Ord-day was uneventful with occasional very light chop. There were no PIREPS or sigmets for turbulence. Departure out of day was smooth all the way to FL220. We had been level in smooth air for a few mins at FL220. Suddenly, we encountered continuous moderate turbulence. I immediately made an announcement for the flight attendants to be seated. I also requested an altitude change. We received clearance to FL210, where it was once again smooth. This was clear air turbulence that was not forecasted. One flight attendant received a bruise on her knee. Another flight attendant received a thigh bruise. No passenger were hurt. Both flight attendants declined medical attention. I made PIREPS to ATC and our company.
