Narrative:

I was training on international flight dispatch. My trainer left the premises without notifying me. I was not qualified to dispatch international flts and was left alone for approximately 2 hours. This violates FARS 121.463 and 121.595. Furthermore, the trainer was the manager on duty and it is in question whether that manager is international qualified.

Narrative: I WAS TRAINING ON INTL FLT DISPATCH. MY TRAINER LEFT THE PREMISES WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. I WAS NOT QUALIFIED TO DISPATCH INTL FLTS AND WAS LEFT ALONE FOR APPROX 2 HRS. THIS VIOLATES FARS 121.463 AND 121.595. FURTHERMORE, THE TRAINER WAS THE MGR ON DUTY AND IT IS IN QUESTION WHETHER THAT MGR IS INTL QUALIFIED.
