Narrative:

While in level flight at 9500 ft on a heading of 030 degrees, I saw something in my peripheral vision on my right side. When I turned to look, I saw a 2-WING aircraft approximately 100 ft below and 150 ft to my right rear quadrant. I took evasive action by making an immediate climbing left turn. The other aircraft changed his route of flight to approximately 90 degrees from mine and continued in that direction until I lost sight of him.

THE OTHER ACFT CHANGED HIS RTE OF FLT TO APPROX 90 DEGS FROM MINE AND CONTINUED IN THAT DIRECTION UNTIL I LOST SIGHT OF HIM.
