Narrative:
Tire change #4 forward main landing gear. Spacer stuck to back of old tire, did not notice. Installed new tire, torqued per manual. We have been under a lot of pressure during contract negotiations. Amt's being fired for supposed job actions.

Title: A B767-300 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH #4 FORWARD WHEEL AND TIRE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT OMITTING THE WHEEL SPACER.
Narrative: TIRE CHANGE #4 FORWARD MAIN LNDG GEAR. SPACER STUCK TO BACK OF OLD TIRE, DID NOT NOTICE. INSTALLED NEW TIRE, TORQUED PER MANUAL. WE HAVE BEEN UNDER A LOT OF PRESSURE DURING CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS. AMT'S BEING FIRED FOR SUPPOSED JOB ACTIONS.
