Narrative:

During cruise flight, discovered cruise stabilizer trim circuit breaker not in. Reset once. Attempted to operate cruise stabilizer trim switch. Circuit breaker tripped immediately. Left with no electrical or manual means of trimming the stabilizer. Upon approach to sfb airport, regained adequate means of trim via the manual mode. Landed without incident.

Title: A B727-200 IN CRUISE AT FL310 DIVERTED DUE TO STABILIZER TRIM AND MAIN ELECTRIC TRIM FAILURE CAUSE UNKNOWN.

Narrative: DURING CRUISE FLT, DISCOVERED CRUISE STABILIZER TRIM CIRCUIT BREAKER NOT IN. RESET ONCE. ATTEMPTED TO OPERATE CRUISE STABILIZER TRIM SWITCH. CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED IMMEDIATELY.
