Narrative:
2 hours into the flight, our aircraft encountered clear air turbulence. Flight attendant #2 was thrown against the aft galley door 4L, and hit his head. I informed the captain to send a message to mia for a manager to meet the flight to take the flight attendant to medical.

Narrative: 2 HRS INTO THE FLT, OUR ACFT ENCOUNTERED CLR AIR TURB. FLT ATTENDANT #2 WAS THROWN AGAINST THE AFT GALLEY DOOR 4L, AND HIT HIS HEAD. I INFORMED THE CAPT TO SEND A MESSAGE TO MIA FOR A MGR TO MEET THE FLT TO TAKE THE FLT ATTENDANT TO MEDICAL.
