Narrative:

Captain's leg into oma receiving vectors for runway 32L ILS, approach was normal, followed by normal landing. Exiting the runway, the first officer dialed in ground frequency in the selected side of the radio being used. About that same time, I got an uneasy feeling that we had not been cleared to land. As I looked up at my memory aid (outboard landing lights), I noticed that they were not in the 'on' position. This indicated to me we had not received a landing clearance. I asked the first officer if we were cleared to land and he was not 100% sure. Ground cleared us to taxi to the gate. Upon arriving at the gate, I called tower via phone, but could not get through. I then called clearance delivery inquiring about our landing clearance. He communicated with the person working tower and his response indicated that there were no problems.
