Narrative:
Told to maintain 2100 ft by approach and did so. Told to enter downwind for runway 32 and advised of transport traffic on final. I acknowledged traffic and was told to switch to tower. Tower cleared me for descent which I hastily began. Tower called a cessna on final and I acknowledged seeing him. Tower cleared me for landing. An airline jet was waiting to enter runway. Tower questioned if I was going to make it down. I said 'yes' and made the first turnoff.
