Narrative:

We were operating aircraft in manual mode of pressurization (cabin). This manual method is a very sensitive and awkward procedure requiring a great deal of attention. We were handed off from approach after being given a visual approach to runway 16 in den and instructed to contact tower. Being busy with and distraction by the manual control of cabin pressurization, my first officer, who was the PNF, forgot to call tower for landing clearance. I also missed receiving landing clearance and landing without clearance. After landing, I realized what we had done (or what we had forgotten to do) and had my first officer contact the tower and ask the tower controller if there was a problem. Tower said there was no problem.
