Narrative:

Air carrier X, flight abc, was given a bad takeoff clearance. Air carrier X, abc, was told traffic crossing in front of you cleared for takeoff. On takeoff roll a B737 crossed in front of air carrier X at the runway intersection of runways 28 and 33L. Contributing factors were airport congestion, poor clearance, rushing. Recommendations: 1) only 3 terms should be utilized, a) cleared for takeoff, B) taxi into position and hold, and C) hold short. 2) all other conversation is mumbo jumbo. It needs to be a sterile radio environment with standardized concise language, worldwide!
