Narrative:

Jut what is part 135 flight? What is a flight into known icing conditions? This flight was questioned by some other person. I believe this was a part 91 flight. I understand that if the other party rents and pays for the aircraft, that I can fly this plane for them. There was some ice on approach (didn't cause any problems). There was no report of ice in the WX briefing, or was any reported to me. We need clrer guidelines for just what is part 135 and icing.
