Narrative:

As first officer, I usually do the majority of the paperwork. For 3 yrs, I've checked our landing data information on descent into our arrival airport. On this particular flight, the needed information was missing. We spoke with our dispatch and obtained the necessary information to land. Our company keeps this information in a book in the aircraft and this is the first time it was missing for me in 3 yrs. In the future, I'll check to make sure this information is available before departure.
