Narrative:

Aircraft had following system deferred: 27-21-02 PCU monitor system, 34-61-01A FMC system, 34-22-04A flight director system, 22-10-01A autoplt system. Left outbound tire on 5 landing limit. Took about 10-15 mins to determine whether aircraft should be flown on 1 day, scheduled 8 hour flying turnaround (ZZZ-las-ZZZ), determined it was ok. While at gate just before engine start, APU failed twice without fault indication. Was placed on deferral as well, and we departed 30 mins late. Believe this plane has electrical problem and should be in hangar until troubleshot and repaired.
