Narrative:

While in cruise flight at FL310, a mistake was noticed on our weight and balance manifest. It came to our attention that we had taken off overweight according to our dispatch release fuel burn. We recalculated numbers with the actual fuel burn to that point and decided that the fuel burn predicted on the release was approximately 800 pounds less than actual. At our destination, aircraft weight was recalculated to be 200 pounds under maximum landing weight. No further action was taken.
