Narrative:

Rejected takeoff at 40 KTS runway 21R at dtw. Taxied back to blocks. Maintenance determined that poor nosewheel steering causing rejected takeoff was due to over-servicing of nose strut. Strut problem was fixed, logbook cleared with next takeoff attempt normal.
