Narrative:
On nov/sun/00, the ZSE ARSR was OTS. With this equipment inoperative, we had seattle approach control radar integrated in the counter. In doing so, we turned a sector that we can run 3 mi single sight, to one that required 5 mi mosaic radar. When your sector and chalk marks are set up for 3 mi separation, they are difficult to run 5 mi.
