Narrative:

Forgot to check on with center after given frequency change. We were given a frequency change from center to call toronto center on 119.77. I switched to that frequency and then was distracted and forgot to check on. About a min later he called us.

Narrative: FORGOT TO CHK ON WITH CTR AFTER GIVEN FREQ CHANGE. WE WERE GIVEN A FREQ CHANGE FROM CTR TO CALL TORONTO CTR ON 119.77. I SWITCHED TO THAT FREQ AND THEN WAS DISTRACTED AND FORGOT TO CHK ON. ABOUT A MIN LATER HE CALLED US.
