Narrative:

This was a 25 degree flap pack-off takeoff. Takeoff weight was within 400 pounds of maximum weight for runway 1. Closeout was 181902 pounds, within 100 pounds of maximum weight for runway 1. After leveloff we received an ACARS message from load control informing us of an additional 1125 pounds of bags on our flight, therefore putting us above runway limited weight for takeoff by 927 pounds. After taking into account the 5 KTS of headwind at our time of takeoff we were still 127 pounds over maximum runway weight for takeoff.
