Narrative:

On climb out from ord I recall receiving a heading clearance of 220 degrees (takeoff on runway 32 ord). The captain said it was 320 degrees. Remember runway 32. Departure clearance was 'maintain runway heading after takeoff.' the captain refused to reconfirm the ATC instructions. Then we switched frequency. Again the ATC clearance was 180 degrees. The captain refused to confirm this. Therefore, the captain instructed me to fly the departure 'he' gave vice ATC.
