Narrative:

Aircraft showed late to gate. 30 min cockpit preparation, trouble loading released flight plan in FMC, slowed crew down, but was loaded correctly as per the flight plan including the sfo 8 departure off runway 1L. The pre departure clearance showed no revised segments, however, the cuit 2 departure was shown in the filed route in disagreement with the released flight plan. The flight crew failed to catch the discrepancy and flew the sfo 8 departure. Out of 4000 ft, the departure controller vectored the flight off of the sfo 8 indicating the confusion over which departure was being flown. No traffic conflicts were noted and the remainder of the flight was normal.
