This aircraft was parked static at efd. An inspection of this aircraft was made by FAA without my knowledge. A copy was mailed to the aircraft owners. The aircraft was returned to base. No tags or notices were on aircraft, and this is a public use aircraft.

Title: FAA INSPECTOR INSPECTS PUBLIC PARKED ACFT AND SENDS LETTER TO THE REGISTERED OWNER DESCRIBING HIS FINDINGS.
Narrative: THIS ACFT WAS PARKED STATIC AT EFD. AN INSPECTION OF THIS ACFT WAS MADE BY FAA WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. A COPY WAS MAILED TO THE ACFT OWNERS. THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO BASE. NO TAGS OR NOTICES WERE ON ACFT, AND THIS IS A PUBLIC USE ACFT.
