Narrative:

On oct/sun/00, I was called at home by an acting supervisor and asked if I would drive to ZZZ to perform a routine borescope on the l-hand engine of aircraft xyz, due to compressor stalls at takeoff power. I performed the borescope, found no damage, signed the paperwork and returned home. On returning to work at ZZZ this morning I became aware that although I was previously qualified on JT80 engines, that my requalification expired jul/sun/00.
