Narrative:

I was PIC of an airbus 320 from sna-sfo. I took off of runway 19R at sna and performed the noise abatement profile. We received a TA at 1000 ft and 2 descend RA's between 1500 ft and 2500 ft. Intruder aircraft (aircraft #2) was less than 1 mi east of our departure SID track. We never saw it, but responded to the 2 RA's while maximum performing a fully loaded 150000 pound aircraft with 140+ people onboard. I filed a near miss report with socal after the flight. They told me it was a cessna that took off shortly before us on runway 19L and should have been flying a 150 degree heading, diverging from our 175 degree heading. We were not aware of the traffic and, needless to say, very concerned about the near miss. Mixing light aircraft and high performance commercial carriers at santa ana (john wayne) is very dangerous.

Narrative: I WAS PIC OF AN AIRBUS 320 FROM SNA-SFO. I TOOK OFF OF RWY 19R AT SNA AND PERFORMED THE NOISE ABATEMENT PROFILE. WE RECEIVED A TA AT 1000 FT AND 2 DSND RA'S BTWN 1500 FT AND 2500 FT. INTRUDER ACFT (ACFT #2) WAS LESS THAN 1 MI E OF OUR DEP SID TRACK. WE NEVER SAW IT, BUT RESPONDED TO THE 2 RA'S WHILE MAX PERFORMING A FULLY LOADED 150000 LB ACFT WITH 140+ PEOPLE ONBOARD. I FILED A NEAR MISS RPT WITH SOCAL AFTER THE FLT. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A CESSNA THAT TOOK OFF SHORTLY BEFORE US ON RWY 19L AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN FLYING A 150 DEG HDG, DIVERGING FROM OUR 175 DEG HDG. WE WERE NOT AWARE OF THE TFC AND, NEEDLESS TO SAY, VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE NEAR MISS. MIXING LIGHT ACFT AND HIGH PERFORMANCE COMMERCIAL CARRIERS AT SANTA ANA (JOHN WAYNE) IS VERY DANGEROUS.
