Narrative:

After extremely long delay for maintenance, then returning to gate to deplane a worried passenger, and after 9 1/2 hours on duty, we were cleared for takeoff at mdw. Traffic was on short final. ATC gave us takeoff clearance without delay and said to turn to 200 degrees. (At least that's what captain heard, I was unsure.) departure control asked our heading when we contacted them and said we should be at 220 degrees, not 200 degrees. Do not know if tower controller erred or we misheard instruction. Flight continued uneventfully.
