Narrative:
I first remember or realized my microphone was stuck after repeating our initial clearance to depart runway 18 and enter left closed traffic. I am used to hearing a click in the intercom after releasing the push-to-talk button. After 3 touch-and-goes on runway 18, I realized I had not received my clrncs to land, touch-and-go, or the option. I was instructing a student on traffic patterns and normal lndgs and became unaware of the lack of clrncs. After the third, I got the push-to-talk button released and re-established communications with tower. There was no other traffic in the pattern at the time. After landing, I talked to the tower supervisor about the situation.

I WAS INSTRUCTING A STUDENT ON TFC PATTERNS AND NORMAL LNDGS AND BECAME UNAWARE OF THE LACK OF CLRNCS. AFTER THE THIRD, I GOT THE PUSH-TO-TALK BUTTON RELEASED AND RE-ESTABLISHED COMS WITH TWR. THERE WAS NO OTHER TFC IN THE PATTERN AT THE TIME. AFTER LNDG, I TALKED TO THE TWR SUPVR ABOUT THE SIT.
