Narrative:

A C177 departed dtw runway 21L on a 260 degree heading. I cleared a DC9 on 235 degrees off runway 21R, after the propeller was through the runway 21R extended centerline. Prior to switching the DC9, the tracks appeared to be diverged. When the DC9 checked on to departure, he advised he had an RA.
