Aircraft X was northbound at FL230 and descended by my trainee to FL200. This created a loss of separation with aircraft Y, sbound at FL220.

Narrative: ACFT X WAS NBOUND AT FL230 AND DSNDED BY MY TRAINEE TO FL200. THIS CREATED A LOSS OF SEPARATION WITH ACFT Y, SBOUND AT FL220.
