While climbing en route, aircraft cabin pressurization was lost. Passenger oxygen masks deployed automatically. Appropriate checklists were completed. Cabin pressurization was regained. Flight continued to destination uneventfully.

Title: A B727-200 IN CLB AT 17500 FT LOST CABIN PRESSURIZATION, MASKS DEPLOYED AND CHKLISTS ACCOMPLISHED WITH CABIN PRESSURE REGAINED. CAUSE UNKNOWN.

Narrative: WHILE CLBING ENRTE, ACFT CABIN PRESSURIZATION WAS LOST. PAX OXYGEN MASKS DEPLOYED AUTOMATICALLY. APPROPRIATE CHKLISTS WERE COMPLETED. CABIN PRESSURIZATION WAS REGAINED. FLT CONTINUED TO DEST UNEVENTFULLY.
