Narrative:

I issued an MEL on aircraft xyz, flight abc for autospoilers inoperative. I issued MEL's for autospoilers and MEL for aircraft XXX downgrade to ILS CAT ii. I advised the mechanic of the maintenance procedures manual and lower minimum performance requirements. Later I reviewed my MEL's I issued. I realized I had failed to issue the autoland inoperative per MEL. The aircraft had completed its flight from ZZZ to zza. I contacted zza maintenance to placard the autoland per MEL, which they placarded.
