Narrative:

I didn't declare an emergency because I had calculated the fuel and thought there wasn't a problem. When the fuel exhausted, I just had to land the plane. The details are attached. The FAA has classified this as an 'incident.'

Title: PLT OF A PIPER PA28 ARCHER MADE A FORCED LNDG OFF ARPT AFTER THE ENG QUIT DUE TO FUEL STARVATION. THE ACFT RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES.

Narrative: I DIDN'T DECLARE AN EMER BECAUSE I HAD CALCULATED THE FUEL AND THOUGHT THERE WASN'T A PROB. WHEN THE FUEL EXHAUSTED, I JUST HAD TO LAND THE PLANE. THE DETAILS ARE ATTACHED. THE FAA HAS CLASSIFIED THIS AS AN 'INCIDENT.'
