Narrative:

Approximately 5-8 mins after takeoff, the captain called me to inform me that there was a possible engine fire and that the aircraft would be returning to land in miami. The captain indicated that if evacuate/evacuation would be necessary, he would begin using normal evacuate/evacuation procedures. I made the PA that aircraft was returning to land and for all passenger to remain seated. Flight attendants #1, #2, #3, and #4 did a silent emergency review on landing. On landing, the captain made a PA about the problem, assuring passenger that all was ok. Crash fire rescue equipment equipment met the aircraft. No fire, the aircraft taxied to the gate, the passenger deplaned, and a new aircraft was taken to gua. The crew continued. We had no further problems. I walked through the cabin after the captain stated that there was no fire and checked passenger.
