The construction at myrtle beach airport is creating an unsafe situation. The temporary displaced threshold is not being marked. The threshold white paint line is not placed on the runway, this creates a problem as to where the end of the runway is. The pilot cannot identify the end of the runway, the threshold must be marked for day and night operation.

Narrative: THE CONSTRUCTION AT MYRTLE BEACH ARPT IS CREATING AN UNSAFE SIT. THE TEMPORARY DISPLACED THRESHOLD IS NOT BEING MARKED. THE THRESHOLD WHITE PAINT LINE IS NOT PLACED ON THE RWY, THIS CREATES A PROB AS TO WHERE THE END OF THE RWY IS. THE PLT CANNOT IDENTIFY THE END OF THE RWY, THE THRESHOLD MUST BE MARKED FOR DAY AND NIGHT OPERATION.
