Narrative:

During flight, was informed by so that aircraft number did not match weight and balance paperwork. We contacted dispatch to get correct weights for our aircraft for landing computations. Rushing preflight paperwork checks because of late departure and crew fatigue (last leg of 4 day trip), and visually similar aircraft numbers contributed to error. As captain, I will personally review all paperwork from this point forward.
