Narrative:

When we made our tacco report to sfo and asked for FL350, the sfo commercial radio operator said he 'had copied down we were at FL350 already when he took the tuuts report.' we had reported FL330 at abeam tuuts as we were cleared direct tacco. After giving him the tacco report, he called back at XA31Z to 'say time over tacco' as he had written AA31 when we gave him XA13Z. He seems to have a problem with numbers. We gave the correct altitude when we called.

Narrative: WHEN WE MADE OUR TACCO RPT TO SFO AND ASKED FOR FL350, THE SFO COMMERCIAL RADIO OPERATOR SAID HE 'HAD COPIED DOWN WE WERE AT FL350 ALREADY WHEN HE TOOK THE TUUTS RPT.' WE HAD RPTED FL330 AT ABEAM TUUTS AS WE WERE CLRED DIRECT TACCO. AFTER GIVING HIM THE TACCO RPT, HE CALLED BACK AT XA31Z TO 'SAY TIME OVER TACCO' AS HE HAD WRITTEN AA31 WHEN WE GAVE HIM XA13Z.
