Narrative:
Aircraft XXX. Unknown ATC problem. On approach to mgy on localizer 20, after being cleared for the localizer 20 approach while localizer inbound, ATC advised of a low altitude alert while at 2400 ft MSL and talac inbound. Then advised controller that the aircraft was inside talac -- inbound DME appeared to be operating correctly, and airport was visible.
