Flight of 2 C130 departure roll, first aircraft 5000 ft down runway called abort, smoke was observed from tower, rang fire station. Aircraft reported smoke in cockpit. Aircraft advised fire trucks on way. Aircraft then reported hydraulic problem, could not clear runway. Landing traffic sent around. C130 cleared at E3 and advised abandoning aircraft.
