Narrative:

Arrival runway 6R, departure runway 32. Several aircraft on final reported wind 145 degrees at 35 KTS. Air carrier X, a B737-400, departed runway 32 and reported the wind 140 degrees at 19 KTS. Told supervisor and he did nothing. Air carrier Y, an MD11, departed runway 32 and reported the wind 140 degrees at 29 KTS. I once again told the supervisor and he did nothing. I continually gave wind checks to all aircraft and the remaining departures complained about the tailwind and requested runway 14. It is my opinion that this supervisor cares more about noise versus safety.
