Narrative:

On taxi in at gdl ground told us to enter taxiway B and to the ramp. After turning into the ramp an air carrier pushed back with a 90 degree turn. They were still hooked to the tug, so I taxied around them to the gate. Wingtip clearance was not a factor. No ground equipment was on the ramp and we were the only 2 aircraft there. As I was leaving gdl agent told us ground called operations and wanted our names. It was not unsafe and there was more room than at XXX. There was no give way instructions nor hold position instructions, nothing.
