Narrative:
The ARTS would fail for 1 sweep and return to normal. This has happened before and airways facilities cannot find a problem. Airways facilities says it is looking at a problem with the ARTS computer.

Narrative: THE ARTS WOULD FAIL FOR 1 SWEEP AND RETURN TO NORMAL. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE AND AIRWAYS FACILITIES CANNOT FIND A PROB. AIRWAYS FACILITIES SAYS IT IS LOOKING AT A PROB WITH THE ARTS COMPUTER.
