Narrative:
Aircraft continued climb through assigned altitude of 4000 ft to 6400 ft. Altitude was observed to myself and adjacent facility. Pilot was not queried in-flight. I did not verify the altitude the flight strip indicated.

Narrative: ACFT CONTINUED CLB THROUGH ASSIGNED ALT OF 4000 FT TO 6400 FT. ALT WAS OBSERVED TO MYSELF AND ADJACENT FACILITY. PLT WAS NOT QUERIED INFLT. I DID NOT VERIFY THE ALT THE FLT STRIP INDICATED.
