Narrative:

During flight I decided to initiate a rejected takeoff on runway 31C at midway airport in chicago, il. During the takeoff at well above 100 KTS, I heard a loud and unusual change in the noise level in the cockpit. I was unsure of what had happened, and I decided not to continue the takeoff. Once the aircraft was brought to a complete stop, I realized that the first officer's window had blown open. I taxied the aircraft clear the active runway and coordinated with the tower as to where to position the aircraft. No one was injured. A new latch in the window corrected the problem.
