Narrative:

On jun/fri/00, during the conduct of flight abc from ZZZ to XXX, the flight engineer indicated that he was unable to maintain cabin pressure. We initiated an expedited descent from FL330 to 10000 ft MSL (with ATC clearance), while running the loss of cabin pressure checklist. Pressurization was not restored. We proceeded at 10000 ft MSL to destination with the concurrence of air carrier, operation and maintenance. The remainder of the flight was uneventful.

Title: A B727-200 IN CRUISE AT FL330 MADE AN EMER DSCNT DUE TO LOSS OF CABIN PRESSURE CAUSED BY A FAILED OPEN GND AIR CONDITIONING FLAPPER VALVE.

Narrative: ON JUN/FRI/00, DURING THE CONDUCT OF FLT ABC FROM ZZZ TO XXX, THE FE INDICATED THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CABIN PRESSURE.
