Narrative:

Taxi out of bwi. FBO with contract copilot on first trip with our company. During heavy downpour, copilot asked whether to turn off 'bleed air' air first on APU shutdown. I was distraction, looked over to copilot and his side panel and overshot hold short line by a few ft. Immediately called ATC. No landing aircraft on this short GA runway (runway 15L). ATC approved back taxi and we departed without delay.
