Narrative:

While taxiing in cle on the air carrier ramp (X ramp), the left wingtip struck a parked airport operations trailer attached to a pickup truck. The equipment was there while mowing the grass. The equipment was parked to the left of the taxiway, but not clear of it. When the wingtip struck the trailer, the aircraft was to the left of the centerline. There was minor damage to the skin of the aircraft and to the leading edge de-ice boot.

Title: A BE1900D, WHILE TAXIING, STRUCK A PARKED ARPT OPS VEHICLE PARKED NOT CLR OF THE TXWY INCURRING WINGTIP AND LEADING EDGE DAMAGE.

Narrative: WHILE TAXIING IN CLE ON THE ACR RAMP (X RAMP), THE L WINGTIP STRUCK A PARKED ARPT OPS TRAILER ATTACHED TO A PICKUP TRUCK. THE EQUIP WAS THERE WHILE MOWING THE GRASS. THE EQUIP WAS PARKED TO THE L OF THE TXWY, BUT NOT CLR OF IT. WHEN THE WINGTIP STRUCK THE TRAILER, THE ACFT WAS TO THE L OF THE CTRLINE. THERE WAS MINOR DAMAGE TO THE SKIN OF THE ACFT AND TO THE LEADING EDGE DE-ICE BOOT.
