Narrative:

Violated base of sfo class B airspace in transition through sql and across bay by approximately 50-100 ft. VFR, squawking 1200 without assistance from ATC. Primary cause was flight of low time/familiarity in type. Also, around XA00 that same day, errantly squawked code from trk to C83 and from C83 to Q99, neglected to change to VFR on ground at C83.

Narrative: VIOLATED BASE OF SFO CLASS B AIRSPACE IN TRANSITION THROUGH SQL AND ACROSS BAY BY APPROX 50-100 FT. VFR, SQUAWKING 1200 WITHOUT ASSISTANCE FROM ATC.
