Narrative:
Passenger wxw XXX (age 70's) grew short of breath, then requested oxygen and vomited. She had history of cardiac trouble. Onboard passenger emergency medical technician at yxy clinic (through phone patch) advised flight attendants and we continued to dtw with concurrence of all parties. Declared an emergency and landed uneventfully. Emt's met plane at gate and attended to passenger. Air carrier flight xyz.

Narrative: PAX WXW XXX (AGE 70'S) GREW SHORT OF BREATH, THEN REQUESTED OXYGEN AND VOMITED. SHE HAD HISTORY OF CARDIAC TROUBLE. ONBOARD PAX EMER MEDICAL TECHNICIAN AT YXY CLINIC (THROUGH PHONE PATCH) ADVISED FLT ATTENDANTS AND WE CONTINUED TO DTW WITH CONCURRENCE OF ALL PARTIES. DECLARED AN EMER AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY.
