Narrative:
Radar controller transposed altitudes and descended higher aircraft into lower aircraft's altitudes. After realizing this, immediately gave aircraft a vector away. Resolve: use all equipment available to ensure separation.

Title: ARTCC CTLR DSNDED A BE46 THROUGH THE CRUISING ALT OF A B757 CAUSING ARTCC CONFLICT ALERT WARNING.
Narrative: RADAR CTLR TRANSPOSED ALTS AND DSNDED HIGHER ACFT INTO LOWER ACFT'S ALTS. AFTER REALIZING THIS, IMMEDIATELY GAVE ACFT A VECTOR AWAY. RESOLVE: USE ALL EQUIP AVAILABLE TO ENSURE SEPARATION.
